Why should my church do this?
Motivational speaker Bishop Tony Miller writes: It’s the law of celebration. Anything you don’t recognize, you don’t celebrate, and anything you don’t celebrate, you don’t reward, and anything you don’t reward, eventually will move out of your life. In far too many churches, effective teaching and making disciples has “moved out.” Your church can break this pattern by recognizing, celebrating, and rewarding Children’s Ministry leaders in the local church. It is a vital part of “making disciples” of Jesus Christ who know the Word, do the Word, and have the Living Word in their hearts.
